Greenan

The proposals include much needed private and affordable housing, a convenience store, a care home and loads of public open space.

Carrongrove

We are in the process of securing planning permission from Falkirk Council for a total of 180 homes with 27 of these affordable and 7000 sq ft of business/retail space.

Thornybank

Housebuilders Mactaggart & Mickel have received planning permission in principle for a mixed use development at the former Forrest Furnishings site at Thornybank in Dalkeith.

Dennyloanhead

Mactaggart & Mickel Homes led evidence at the Falkirk Local Plan Inquiry in 2009 seeking to secure residential development and ancillary uses on a site at Glasgow Road Dennyloanhead for 550 new houses.
