Commercial development makes use of a lot of the skills we have - design, environmental issues, planning, master-planning and of course our expertise in building. It uses our skills and experience within a new area for Mactaggart & Mickel.

Lochrin, Edinburgh

Planning consent was granted in 2007 for a residential development consisting of 132 flats of which 20 were to be affordable.

This new development features a high prestige Class 4 proposal creating a focal entrance feature to Bo’ness.

2014 Commonwealth Games

Mactaggart & Mickel is part of the City Legacy Consortium which won the bid to build the Athletes Village for the 2014 Commonwealth Games at Dalmarnock in the East End of Glasgow.
