Carrongrove is located in the Falkirk Council area, a short distance from Denny which has a population of approximately 10,000 people. The site is positioned on the opposite side of the M80 motorway and is located between the River Carron to the north and the B818 to the south.
It is our intension to redevelop the former paper mill site, which closed in 2007. In February 2010 detailed planning permission was granted for 173 residential units, 6000 sq ft of office space and 5000 sq ft of modern flexible retail accommodation with dedicated parking.
The commercial element of the scheme is split in 4 units ranging in size from 800 sq ft to 1400 sq ft.

Each party is responsible for their own legal costs incurred with any potential tenant or purchaser being responsible for any stamp duty, land tax, recording dues and VAT as applicable.
