Ayr is a popular coastal town approximately 40 miles south west of Glasgow.

The site forms part of a larger, 80 acre, development site which is zoned for residential use within the Adopted Local Plan.

A masterplan has been approved for between 400 & 500 homes in addition provision has been made for convenience retail accommodation which associated car parking.

Ayr is a popular coastal town and port approximately 40 miles south west of Glasgow. With a resident population in excess of 45,000, it has been a royal burgh since 1205 and is the administrative centre for South Ayrshire Council.
