Mactaggart & Mickel Group has a long track record in partnership-led schemes and is currently in the process of delivering a major ownership scheme under the Scottish Government’s Scottish Futures Trust national housing initiative. The scheme, at Carrongrove former Paper Mill in Denny, will provide some 27 apartments and terraced homes, and we are building towards a completion date of September 2013 (click here for details).  

We are interested in entering into discussions with affordable housing providers who are keen to secure the long term growth of new build affordable housing. With our vast strategic land holding throughout Ayrshire and the central belt of Scotland combined with our Contracts service we believe we are well placed to enter into strategic partnerships with RSLs and Local Authorities to facilitate the growth of affordable homes in Scotland.
