In March 2009 we secured planning consent for a retail development at East Craigs in Edinburgh having taken this from the initial design stage. The development consists of 4 individual units totalling 7647 sqft and construction is expected to start in September 2009. Co-op and Lloyds Pharmacy are the first two confirmed occupiers of these units.
