In Oct 2010 we completed our first retail development at East Craigs in Edinburgh and are on site developing a retail development at Greenan in Ayr, having taken this from the initial design stage. The development at Greenan will consist of 4 individual units totalling approx. 6,500 sqft and construction is expected to be completed with units handed over to clients in early Summer 2012.
