We happy to meet with private developers across the central belt and Ayrshire to discuss Homes opportunities. We can offer a contracting service for one off plots and larger multi unit development sites. We can build to your own bespoke design or we can offer our own range of house types depending on your individual needs. Once we have received the finalised plans for your development we will aim to get our cost plan breakdown back to you within 2 – 3 weeks.

We currently offer a range of different house types which can be assembled and finished by our own skilled craftsmen on your site.
