With over 80 years in the housebuilding industry we are well placed to utilise our skills to construct quality care homes to the specification as required by the operator. Our highly skilled tradesmen are able to undertake varying types of construction however we believe that timber frame is the most time and cost efficient method. This belief is cemented by the fact that we own and operate our own timber kit manufacturing company. We are currently in discussions with a number of care home providers with a view to constructing homes on our own and third party land ranging from 50 – 90 beds in size. We understand the standards as set by the Care Commission and continue to be guided by skilled architects who have a proven track record in the care home industry.
