Peter Shepherd Production Director

Peter heads our Contracts division and leads our strong established team responsible for the winning of construction contracts and the development and delivery of the on site construction process.

Jamie Mclean Contracts Manager

Jamie is a direct employee of Contracts, responsible for full control and management of all aspects of the business unit, from initial contact with the client, through the tender process, agreeing a contract, to the on-site build and handover, until the end of DLP.

Ed Monaghan Managing Director

Oversees all aspects of the Contracts business unit alongside Homes, Commercial Property and Timber Systems.

Liz Farrell Land & Sustainability Manager

Liz’s role is to bring our sites through the planning system and secure the necessary consents for work to begin. Her sustainability role involves making environmental improvements across our Group of businesses, with a focus both on house types and on other types of properties including retail and care home facilities and community buildings.

David Goold Commercial Manager

David is involved with preparation and finalisation of Contract tender values, monthly valuations and applications, Architect Instructions and Contract variations and liaising with Clients and their Cost Consultants where required.

Neill MacLean Head of Procurement

Neill’s responsibilities include the procurement, award, payment and performance of sub-contract and materials packages to meet the clients’ requirements on individual projects.
