Our Planning and Design team have a wealth of experience in securing planning consents and building warrants. There are 8 permanent staff in the planning and design department with a combined experience of over 100 years in the house building industry.
Over the past 5 years our planning team has successfully secured over 1400 consented housing units with 134 of these being secured at appeal.
