Working closely with our colleagues in Commercial, we built a small development of four commercial units totalling 743 sq. m as part of a large housing development in Edinburgh. The units provided a much needed retail presence in an area that had been without a local shop since the closure of a supermarket a few years previously. Two national retailers are among the tenants, with The Co-operative in particular delighted at the performance of its store on-site.
