Working for this long-established charity, we designed and built 26 attractive cottages for ex-service men and women. Phase one consisted of six houses with a contract value of £690,000, with phases two and three building a further 20 units at a contract value of £2.1 million. All were semi-detached bungalows of two or three bedrooms; two units in phase two were wheelchair-accessible. All phases were handed-over ahead of schedule.
