Working for People for Places, a Registered Social Landlord (RSL), we are about to complete a single block of 18 affordable apartments adjacent to our Mactaggart & Mickel site at East Craigs. This was a design and build contract, with associated land supply, and a value of £2 million. Six of the 18 homes will be sold on a shared equity basis. The look and feel of the apartments will be in keeping with the wider East Craigs development, with the tenants also benefitting from their proximity to the four commercial units we have already completed.
