Delivered under the Scottish Government’s Scottish Futures Trust national housing initiative, Carrongrove is a major ownership scheme that will provide some 27 apartments and terraced homes, on a contract value of around £3 million. Given the Group’s long-track record in partnership-led schemes, we’ll be looking to leverage our experience as we build towards a completion date of September 2013.
