We have recently secured a contract to build 6 veterans cottages for Erskine Developments Ltd who are part of the group that include the Erskine Hospital charity. This contract has been secured via traditional procurement. Construction commenced in May 2009 with a 26 week build contract period.
We are happy to discuss contracting opportunities with any charitable organisation and believe we can offer a quality and dependable service. We can either work to a design brief set by the charity or we can offer a one stop shop offering a design and planning service as well as contracting.
