We can offer a contracting service for one off plots and larger multi unit development sites. We can build to your own bespoke design or we can offer our own range of house types depending on your individual needs. We are currently in discussions with a multitude of private developers across the central belt and Ayrshire. Once we have received the finalised plans for your development we will aim to get our cost plan breakdown back to you within 2 – 3 weeks.
We currently offer a range of 14 different house types which can be assembled and finished by our own skilled craftsmen on your site. The house types range in size from a single bedroom cottage (The Sheil) right up to a 5 bedroom house with double garage (The Spey).
