We have developed our own portfolio of affordable house types. These cater for a full range of needs from 1 bed 2 person flats through to 4 bed 6 person houses. In addition we have specifically designed flats and houses compliant with varying needs standards. These have been designed to incorporate our own innovative closed panel system. This system is manufactured in a controlled environment at our Timber Systems factory and means that we are able to achieve a wind and watertight house within 12 hours on site.

We are happy to offer our own tried and tested portfolio of house types for RSL’s and Local Authorities and external finishes can be altered to suit the development and the needs of the client.
