As well as Design and Build we are also happy to enter into Traditional Procurement contracts, either for Social Housing or for Private clients. In this case we would be less involved in the design process however we could still offer our advice and expertise as required by the client.

We are due to complete in August 2011 our third phase for Erskine Developments of veterans cottages – this is the third contract of six potential phases which were won by Contracts via traditional procurement.
