We work closely with the client’s own clerk of works, providing full accountability and responsibility at every turn.

We are a true one-stop-shop solution - from initial design concepts, right through the build to the end of the year-long defect liability stage. Our experience ranges from a small insurance rebuild of three properties to the 200 homes + of the Commonwealth Games Athletes’ Village, a project worth some £25 million. We work equally well with commercial clients, housing associations and professional firms such as insurance companies and insolvency practices.

With a substantial land bank, in some great locations throughout central Scotland, we offer perhaps the most crucial asset in any project. This is particularly attractive for organisations such as RSLs (Registered Social Landlords), with whom we can enter into a partnership agreement to deliver vital new affordable housing.
