We have a variety of training and development initiatives such as Health and Safety Training, General Foreman Succession Training, Management Development Training and Ganger Workshop Training to name a few. In addition we also undertake accredited programmes such as NVQ4's in Site Management.
All of our employees, whether site or office based, have a CSCS card or are in the process of achieving this, as we feel that it is vital that our employees are fully carded. All the training and development, which is undertaken, ensures that we continue to deliver the award winning quality products which Mactaggart & Mickel is renowned for.
