Large Modern Silverburn Shopping Centre is only a short car journey away; follow M77 and signs for Silverburn.
Parklands Private Health Club and East Wood Baths are close to the development.
EastWood High School on Stewarton Road offers Swimming Facilities and Badminton Courts for hire.
Local Doctor & Dentist surgeries at the Mearns Medical Practice on Eaglesham Road are within easy reach.

Newton Mearns is renowned for its high-class educational facilities including schools such as Mearns Primary and St. Cadoc’s Primary, just minutes from the development. Secondary schools such as St.Ninian’s, Mearns Castle and Eastwood High Schools are again only a few minutes away.
