Greenan

We received planning permission in principle at the end of 2010 for 500 houses, a retail parade and a 60 bed care home. The outline application included the submission of a comprehensive Masterplan and Design Brief document, as well as reports on Ecology, Community Consultation, Transport and Archaeology.

Polnoon

Mactaggart & Mickel and East Renfrewshire Council are working in partnership with the Scottish Government to deliver the 'successful places' design agenda. The most successful places, the ones that flourish socially and economically, tend to have certain qualities in common.

East Craigs

Mactaggart & Mickel received planning permission in March 2009 for a residential development of 74 units with associated open space and car parking. The proposals also included 710 square metres of Class 1 retail floorspace.
