We have substantial experience in the affordable sector. Here, speed, cost and sustainability are absolutely crucial and we can deliver on them all. Working with national and local housing associations, we provide bespoke designs based on our clients’ very specific requirements - or work to those created by the client’s own design team. One of our recent projects (Lochrin, Edinburgh), designed by Michael Laird Architects and built by Mactaggart & Mickel Contracts, won a Scottish Design Award 2011 for Best Affordable Housing.
