With the introduction of Mactaggart & Mickel Timber Systems to the external market we have expanded our market sectors to include regional house builders, Housing Associations, Commercial ventures and self build projects. Over the next few years we will continue to build on our experience in these areas, in addition to supplying timber frames to our own Homes and Contracts businesses.

A significant part of our future programme of works will be the supply, via Contracts, of timber kits for the construction of the 2014 Commonwealth Games Athletes Village. This important contract will enable us to grow our market share, as well as develop our production capabilities and product range.

Within the Commercial sector we will be targeting hotels, care homes and retail outlets, further strengthening our external market share and progressing towards becoming a “stand alone” company.
