    HBF 5 Star rating for 4th consecutive year

    We are delighted to confirm that we have been awarded the prestigious Five Star rating for Customer Service from industry body the Home Builders Federation for the fourth consecutive year!

    The Five Star Rating is a reflection of the high standards of customer service offered by our employees across the business, based on post-purchase customer surveys.

    Ratings are calculated based on the number of customers who would recommend us to friends in the survey, with a Five Star Rating requiring a score of 90% or above. Just 14 other housebuilders across the whole of the UK hold this accolade, and we can say with great pride that the exact figure for our current customer satisfaction rating is 96.5%, against an industry benchmark of 89% for a housebuilder of our size.

    This accolade recognises the hard work and dedication of all our employees to delivering a fantastic service and outstanding customer experience. From our site teams, timber factory team and sales consultants to our head office staff, everyone has a role to play in delivering every new home, and we all strive to keep our standards high.
