An increasing proportion of Mactaggart & Mickel’s Strategic Land division effort concentrates on the promotion and planning of retail and commercial development.

This is partly due to the rise in the number of mixed use land opportunities throughout the UK, which has created an ideal situation for us to strengthen our market position. We now regularly include local food retail, non food retail and commercial development as an integral part of a master planned to development. We are keen to be part of this emerging trend within land development and know we have the skills and experience needed to deliver. This includes the provision of over 200,000 sqft. of food retail development within our current strategic land projects through out the UK.
