Once you move in, your new home is covered by the two year Mactaggart & Mickel Homes Limited Warranty. If any remedial items (snagging) or concerns arise within the first two years after you move in, please do not hesitate to contact your Sales Consultant, who will also keep in regular contact with you over the two year warranty period. Your Sales Consultant is your dedicated One Point of Contact, responsible for your entire home purchasing and after sales experience; all issues should be directed to your Sales Consultant in the first instance.
For items requiring urgent attention on days when the Sales Centre is closed, our Customer Liaison Coordinator can be contacted through our Head office on 0141 332 0001.
For significant problems which occur outwith our two year warranty period, your home is covered by a ten year Buildmark warranty provided by the NHBC. You will be provided with a copy of your policy document on moving in to your new home. The warranty operates on a minimum claim value to cover the cost of rectifying damage or structural problems in specified parts of the home. NHBC can be contacted on 0800 035 6422.

Damage caused to your property due to storm or extreme weather conditions, like burst pipes or failed guttering, will not be covered and you should contact your Insurance Company.
