Several of our employees have racked up many years’ service – over 30 years in some instances. This demonstrates the emphasis we put on our people. It is those very people whose skills and commitment have helped us become one of the most respected builders in Scotland.

We have placed a strong emphasis on training and people development and this is reflected in many of the awards we have won, from The Herald Homebuilder of the year to NHBC Scottish Site Manager of the Year, which we have won more often than any other builder.

We are also particularly proud of our recently acquired Investors in People status.
