So that we may address and meet the needs of our clients most effectively, our Sales Consultants are our clients 'One Point of Contact'. This practice allows us to provide continuity in the care and information that we provide each valued client. This one point of contact is maintained throughout the Sales process, After Sales process and is extended 2 years after the sale of a home to a client.

We closely monitor our client's satisfaction and evaluate our own performance using our After Sales Questionnaire in which our clients have the opportunity to share details of their experiences with us. This invaluable information is important and relevant to us all, and is even taken to a board level, allowing us to be more in touch with our homebuyers.
