With our Major Ownership Scheme you only have to pay 80% of the purchase price of a new home. This will allow you a lower mortgage, fewer mortgage payments and a bigger more expensive home than you perhaps first thought you could afford.

There is no fixed time limit on the 20% you pay back and we charge no interest on the 20% equity share. The 20% is payable when you sell or cease to occupy the property and is based on the current market value of your home at that time.
