Happy Burns Night from all at Mactaggart & Mickel!

    Posted by Ed Monaghan

Happy Burns Night to all our customers, suppliers and subcontractors! We hope you take this opportunity to blow away the January blues with a hearty Burns supper and perhaps a wee dram this evening too to keep out the cold…

Robert Burns’ Ayshire birthplace in Alloway is just a stone’s throw away from our mixed-use Greenan development, which is our latest new community in a long association between Mactaggart & Mickel and Ayrshire. Our other Ayrshire developments currently underway include Meadow Belles in Mauchline, the village where Burns lived for some time, where he wrote some of his most famous poems including “The Belles of Mauchline” and "To a Mouse", and where his wife, Jean Armour, was from. Many Burns Societies, monuments and statues can still be found in Mauchline to this day.

Our other Ayrshire developments are Loccard Park in Symington, Marr Meadows in Troon and The Rise in Largs.
