Mactaggart & Mickel Homes are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a 5 Star Rating for Customer Satisfaction by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the second year in a row since we joined the scheme.
This coveted award is based solely on feedback from our customers, provided after their experience of moving in to their new home, in the independent National New Homes Survey. The survey is carried out by the National House Building Council (NHBC) and is sent to our home buyers eight weeks following their date of entry.
The Survey seeks to establish the customer’s satisfaction with the quality of their new home and the service they received from us during and after the purchasing process.
At Mactaggart & Mickel we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, and quality products and service, in all areas of our business. The sales process is managed through a “one point of contact” system – the Sales Consultant, who builds up a relationship of trust with each customer in order to make the home buying process as smooth and stress free as possible.
