Our future development Castle Park will offer a range of 44 stunning three- to five-bedroom homes in the sought-after Stirlingshire village of Drymen.

Castle Park has been carefully designed to contribute to the character of the village, as well as adding amenity space in the form of a linear park. The development will feature landscaped streets, some with cobbled surfaces, carefully planned frontages and a number of retained mature trees. In total over 1,700 new trees will be planted and 40% of the development will be kept as open green space.

The linear park will be a unique new addition to the village, with new pathways encircling the whole development, a play park and outdoor gym equipment, bridges and water features and a SUDS pond.

The development’s name has been inspired by the local historical figure Rob Roy MacGregor who, together with his father, joined the Jacobite Rising in 1689 and whose family had a long association with the village of Drymen.

Drymen is a highly popular destination for house hunters, in a tranquil rural setting with a range of amenities on the doorstep including Scotland’s oldest pub, The Clachan Inn, a range of golfing facilities and equestrian centres and a choice of small local grocery stores. The village also has a primary school, post office, medical practice and pharmacy.

Castle Park is located off Gartness Road, just a few minutes’ walk from The Square and the lively village centre. A section of the 96-mile West Highland Way follows the boundary of the development; a footpath which continues all the way to Fort William to the north and Milngavie to the South.

Only a short distance from Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park with all its breath-taking scenery, Drymen is only a 45-minute journey by car or bus from Glasgow City Centre.
