In light of the current situation related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we would like to reassure you that we are taking all the required measures to ensure that our visitors and our employees are safe.
OUR MARKETING SUITES & SHOWHOMES ARE OPEN
To reassure you that it is safe to visit our Marketing Suites and Showhomes, we would like to share with you the measures we are taking effective from today.
We remain open as usual and we are continuing to deliver stunning new homes across Central Scotland and Oxfordshire. We are regularly monitoring the situation to ensure we respond to any changes promptly.
In order to help us continue to offer you a fantastic service, we would ask that you book an appointment prior to visiting our showhomes. If you have any questions, we would ask you to kindly call or email our sales consultants, who will be happy to help.
We want you to know:
1. We can make appointments for visitors or take enquiries over the phone
2. All our Marketing Suites and showhomes are thoroughly cleaned each day
3. Our employees wash and sanitise their hands regularly following the current Government and NHS guidelines
4. When you are visiting us, you will be asked to wash your hands and use hand sanitiser supplied
5. We are closely monitoring our employees' wellbeing and any team members with underlying medical conditions or who have shown symptoms such as fever and cough have self-isolated
We are asking you to extend the same courtesy to our staff.
If you, or anyone you have been in contact with, have shown symptoms of COVID-19, please do NOT visit our developments and cancel any appointments you may have made with us. We will try and help you with your enquiries as much as possible over the phone and by email.
