Consumer Code for Homebuilders
We have always strived to deliver high-quality homes in premier locations and we are proud of the standard of customer service we offer. We have adopted the industry-led Consumer Code for Home Builders, a voluntary scheme, most of which was in line with our existing working practices.
Purpose of the Code
The purpose of the Code is to ensure that all new homebuyers:
- are treated fairly at all times
- are given reliable information about their purchase
- know what service levels to expect
- know how to access the dispute resolution scheme
