Every Mactaggart & Mickel home is given the ‘Seal of Approval’ as a final quality check before new owners move in.
The practice of undertaking inspections dates back to 1925, when Mactaggart & Mickel were first established. We have now formalised this check as the Seal of Approval - a final step in the housebuilding process to ensure that clients walk into a sparkling new home that meets our stringent construction standards.
All Mactaggart & Mickel homes are independently certified and approved by the NHBC (National House Building Council) and the Local Authority’s Building Standards Department before being occupied, however, we like to go even further to ensure that each of our new build homes is handed over in the best possible condition.
All Mactaggart & Mickel homebuyers will also be invited to view their new home two weeks before they move in.
“I immediately knew that there was something special about Mactaggart & Mickel. The quality of the finishes is just so impressive . . . it’s one of the first things people comment on, before they notice how large and airy the rooms are. We’re totally in love with our new home. It is beautiful, and peaceful, and extremely well built. We’re so lucky to have found such an exceptional home at our favourite place on earth.”
