The Mactaggart & Mickel Early Bird Option means that you can secure your dream home! Early Bird Option is available on selected plots and developments. We will secure your plot for you and within six months confirm a price and anticipated date of entry.

Early Bird Option fee is £150. 

Once the price and anticipated entry date are confirmed, you decide whether or not you wish to proceed to a full reservation and pay a £750 Reservation Fee – and you will have 48 hours to work out what you want to do.

If you decide not to go ahead with a full reservation at this point, your Early Bird Option will be cancelled and the plot will be made available for reservation by other homebuyers. Mactaggart & Mickel reserve the right not to proceed with any Early Bird Option taken.

Our Early Bird Option means you have plenty time to market and sell your current home without the worry as to whether it will sell before your new property is ready.
You can also plan ahead financially, based on the knowledge that your new home will be ready and waiting for you. So, if you are thinking about moving but are worried about buying before you sell your current home, our Early Bird Option is the perfect solution for you.

What’s more, our Early Bird Option means you have first pick of the plots available, rather than having to queue when the homes are released for full reservation – meaning you can secure your dream home before someone else does.

There are no missives to sign until after the plot is reserved and no obligations.
