Broom Grove

An exclusive new development, Broom Grove comprises just six four- and five-bedroom detached homes on the site of the former Whitecraigs Bowling Club, with designs drawing on the striking architecture of the surrounding Mactaggart & Mickel Broom Estate from the 1930s.

One of the six properties will be a magnificent bungalow-style family home based on the design of the former bowling pavilion. The other five properties are from our existing portfolio of homes, which is itself based partly on the design hallmarks of traditional Mactaggart & Mickel houses which have stood the test of time. The entrance to each property will feature a slim curved canopy and windows will be adorned with horizontal ‘astragals’, which were a favoured style of the 1930s.

All of our homes on the development will offer high specifications and luxurious finishes inside and out, with a range of kitchen, tiling and carpeting options available.
